Baldwin Bespoke is based in Las Vegas and serves couples locally and nationwide. Travel may be available for select events.

At this time, we focus on planning and coordination as a combined experience to ensure every detail is thoughtfully prepared. We do not offer standalone day-of coordination services.

We provide venue research and curated recommendations, but do not attend in-person venue tours. Our goal is to guide you with trusted options while allowing you the flexibility to explore spaces at your own pace.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for full-service planning. However, we do offer shorter-term planning options depending on availability.

Depending on your package, we offer structured check-ins (such as bi-weekly calls) along with ongoing email support to keep everything organized and moving smoothly.

We take on a limited number of clients at a time to ensure each couple receives a personalized and attentive planning experience.

A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your date. Remaining payments are structured based on your selected package.
